|Herbal Tea Bathe Recipes
For your Bath
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. (DO NOT MICROWAVE) Remove from heat. Drop 1 Nasabb Herbal Tea Bathe into the hot water. Let steep for about 2 minutes. Pour the water and with the tea bag into your bath water. Relax and enjoy your bath. If you wish, you can use the herbal tea bath more than once. Lay it out to dry and reuse. Try not to use it more than twice.
For your Foot Bath.
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. (DO NOT MICROWAVE) Remove from heat. Drop 1 Nasabb Herbal Tea Bathe into the hot water. Let steep for about 2 minutes. Pour the water with the tea bag into your water. Add a teaspoon of Nasabb's Shea Butter. Stir and soak your feet for as long as you wish. After you are done. Towel dry and apply any of Nasabb's Shea Butter products!
For refreshing a room
Pour the contents of the tea bag into a bowl or small basket and place on the center table or the dinning room table or the book case. Gives your room a fantastic aroma.
For use as potpourri.
Pour the contents of the tea bag into your potpourri pot and enjoy. If you do not have a potpourri pot, bring some water to a boil on the stove. Drop in a tea bag. Let simmer at a low heat for about 3 minutes. Pour into a bowl and place in your favorite room.

Cloves - Soothing comfort, a natural antiseptic. There are many uses for cloves. Most popular use is in food. Cloves can also be used in pomades and potpourri. They can be chewed as a breath freshener. Clove tea relieves nausea. A drop of clove oil into a tooth cavity helps with the toothache. Cloves are evergreen trees about 15-30 feet tall. They are mostly found in the Philippines, Jamaica, West Indies, Brazil and other tropical countries.
Eucalyptus - Natural antiseptic and deodorant. Eucalyptus is also an effective insect repellent. The oil is useful for sore throats and indigestion. Eucalyptus are tall evergreen trees found in Australia and Tasmania. Other species of it are grown in California and Florida. They grow to about 300 feet or more.
Calendula - Healing herb great for cleansing and softening skin. Also good for rough, damaged and problem skin. Calendula can be used in the kitchen. It is helpful for bedsores and bruises. Breast feeding mothers use it for cracked nipples. Calendula was popular in Ancient Egypt as a rejuvenating herb. In the American Civil War, doctors used it often to treat open wounds.
Chamomile - Soothing gentle herb for healing and softening skin. When used in baths, it helps relieve sunburned skin. Chamomile tea is a gentle sedative and calming tonic. Awesome herb that smells like apples.
Lavender - A healing and gentle cleanser and tonic for all skin types. Lavender tea helps eases flatulence, calm nerves, soothes headaches & fainting. Used very often in aromatherapy for throat infections, skin sores, inflammation, aches, and insomnia.
Juniper Berries - Soothes aching muscles. Juniper Berries also has many uses. It is used to flavor foods. Mostly found in Mexico, North America, Asia and Europe.
Rose Petals - Antiseptic that soothes the skin. Especially dry, inflamed, mature & sensitive. Rose petals with the bitter white heel removed can be used in salads, pies, syrup, sorbets and sweets. There are several types of roses like the Californian Rose, Cabbage Rose, Damask Rose, French Rose & Cherokee Rose.
