Recipes for using Diana's Hot Sauce

Basil Salad Dressing
  • 1/2 cup of Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon light Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh basil (or herb of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Hot or Mild Diana's Hot Sauce (more if you wish)

Put all the ingredients into a bowl, stir. Spread over your salad, toss and serve. This recipe can also be used as a marinate. Store rest of dressing in the fridge.

Sauce Tomate
  • 1 small red onion chopped
  • 1 fresh tomato chopped
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Diana's Hot Sauce. Mild or Hot (more if you wish)
  • 1 glove of garlic chopped or grated
  • 1 fresh teaspoon ginger chopped or grated

In a small saucepan, add olive oil. Heat under medium heat for about 10 seconds. Add chopped tomato and onions. Sautee for about 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce. Let cook for about 10 minutes under low heat stirring occasionally. Add chopped garlic and ginger. Let cook for another 3 minutes. Add Diana's Hot Sauce. Stir, turn off heat. Let the sauce sit for about 5 minutes and serve with rice, couscous, potatoes, spaghetti or anything of your choice. 

Roasted Chicken Breast
  • 1 pound skinless chicken breast cleaned and washed.
  • 1 tablespoon Diana's Hot Sauce, Mild or Hot
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons virgin olive oil
  • 1 Lemon. Juice squeezed

Add all ingredients (except for the chicken) in a bowl. Stir well. Place chicken into marinate. Store in cold refrigerator for about 30 minutes if in a hurry. But if you want more flavor, marinate for at least an hour or overnight. Remove chicken from marinate, place on the grill on in the oven. Make sure your chicken is done properly before serving. No blood please! Use this marinate for steak or fish. You can of course add or subtract.
