NASABB does not sell, exchange email addresses, regular addresses or any other information about our customers.

The only information collected is what you knowingly give us when you order products from us. We need the information you give us to process your order and ship your products to you. Credit cards used on our website are processed by Cardservice International, the leader in credit card processing in the world. Cardservice International has one of the largest credit card fraud, & loss prevention departments in the world. NASABB does not retain credit card numbers.

Shipping Policy - All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours except on weekends, holidays, bad weather or in the case of system malfunction. Please allow 24-72 hours plus specified transit time associated with the shipping method you select. If the item you ordered is out of stock, it will be posted on your online invoice. If you choose not to give a proper email address, NASABB will not be responsible for any delays due to incorrect information. Please allow 3-10 business days for orders to arrive. (business days does not include weekends). We ship via USPS (US Postal Service) or UPS GROUND & Global Express for International packages.

Refused Shipments: A restocking fee of 25% will be retained if you refuse your package and it is returned to us. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.

Missed Shipments: If you miss taking delivery of your package and it comes back to us, we will inform you by email. The package will be held in our warehouse for 24 hours thereafter. If you choose to have the package reshipped to you, you will be recharged for shipping. If you choose not to have it reshipped, a 20% restocking fee will be retained. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.

Return Policy - An item or items may be returned for full credit within 10 days of receipt. Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded. Items must be in their original packaging and must be unopened, unused and not damaged in any way. Items that have been opened or used or damaged will not be refunded. Please note that we are unable to exchange items, except for items received damaged, defective, or are an incorrect shipment fulfillment. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Please note however that a 15% restocking fee may apply to some items. Contact NASABB by phone 866.674.3313 or for your Return Authorization Number(RA#). All returned items without an RA# will be discarded and no refunds will be issued.

We urge you to purchase a sample pack if you have not used our products before. Try it out before you make a decision. Our return policy is strictly applied.

Tips for Ordering When placing an order please make sure you provide the correct information for shipping. Make sure the billing address matches the credit card you are using. We advise you to include a phone number in case you need to be reached. Also provide an email address for correspondence of your invoice & tracking #. To avoid delays, stay away from P.O. Box addresses. When ordering through the mail we advice you mail your order through priority mail or first class mail with delivery confirmation. Do not email or mail your credit card information.

Out Of Stock Items - NASABB does not ship partial items. Orders that include out of stock items will not be shipped until all items are in stock. To avoid delays, order out of stock items separately or order when items are in stock.
